Why are we doing this?
When I was a Product Manager at SuperSummary, I faced the challenge of conducting user research at scale.
We had an amazing product, but people used it in so many different ways that it was hard to make decisions without understanding the full picture.
We wanted to make the product adapt to each customer, but how?
Product analytics wouldn't tell us why; surveys wouldn't uncover the full story; and user interviews would be too time-consuming and complex for a fragmented audience.
There had to be a better way.
That’s why we’re building Reveal AI—to bridge the gap between product teams and real customer conversations. Our goal is to uncover deeper insights in a way that’s scalable and easy to digest.
What problem are we solving?
Customer obsession is the foundation of great products. Building something people truly love requires deep empathy and a strong sense of mission.
But existing research tools—surveys, unmoderated tests, and feedback forms—are rigid and fail to capture the depth of real user experiences.
On the other hand, user interviews are expensive and time-consuming, with high no-show rates, disengaged participants, small sample sizes, and endless transcripts never analyzed.
Reveal AI is a research platform that allows teams to launch AI-moderated studies that feel like human conversations.
It combines the scalability of a survey with the depth of a conversation, allowing teams to collect actionable insights in hours, not weeks.
Why now?
With the rise of AI coding tools, building software has become dramatically easier. The number of startups is skyrocketing, and many are reaching massive scale.
But more products don't necessarily translate into better customer experiences. An abundance of mediocre products often leads to frustration rather than satisfaction.
We believe that truly great products will continue to thrive—because they solve real problems for real people. Our mission is to empower the next generation of teams to build them.
